These capabilities extend from the latest computer-aided design equipment to the most precise CNC machinery, along with highly skilled personnel to aid an engineer in meeting a tight deadline for a single circuit board prototype, or support high volume production runs. Polyflon can provide start-to-finish services, from review of the initial design through final machining, or any step or number of steps in the process.
Polyflon offers extensive experience in fabricating high-performance microwave circuit boards. Virtually any circuit up to 24" wide and 60" long can be processed, from the smallest millimeter wave design to the largest antenna array. Circuit fabrication is not limited to two-dimensional structures. Circuits can be etched on the inner or outer surfaces of cylinders--complete with plated through holes--along with a variety of other shapes(See Photo), including standard and truncated cones, and rods.
