non-magnetic capacitors of superior performance. This unique electroplating process
ensures a powerful molecular bond between the PTFE and the copper layer to eliminate
corona for superb high-voltage performance.
In addition
to the standard designs, Polyflon manufactures capacitors to your specifications.
- NRP Series This capacitor
series features a non-rotating piston design and is available with working voltage ratings
up to 10kV Peak, a capacitance range from 0.8-125pF, and a maximum peak current up to 28
Amperes.
- RP Series This capacitor
series has a rotating piston design and is available with working voltage ratings up to
10kV Peak, a capacitance range from 0.3-25pF, and a maximum peak current up to 7.2
Amperes.
- TTNRP Series This pencil
thin capacitor series has a diameter of 0.275" , a maximum peak test voltage of 2kV
and a capacitance range from 0.8-50pF.

to 30kV.
- PFC Series This
fixed-value capacitor has a capacitance ranging from 75 to 500pF and a peak test voltage
of 6kV.
- LPFC Series This
fixed-value capacitor has a capacitance ranging from 500 to 2000pF and a peak test voltage
of 6kV.
- PRF-FC Series This
fixed-value capacitor has a capacitance ranging from 25 to 150pF and a peak test voltage
up to 10kV.
- PRF-FC Series This
fixed-value capacitor has a capacitance ranging from 50 to 250pF and a peak test voltage
up to 6kV.
PFT Series Fixed Value Capacitor
Polyflon is
pleased to announce the introduction of a new fixed value capacitor. This PTFE dielectric
capacitor maintains the same electrical performance of our standard PTFE capacitors but in
a much smaller package. For example, one capacitor from this series has a capacity of
1000pF with a 4kVDC test voltage in a package size of 0.50" DIA x 2.38" length (See Drawing)
